Hi everyone, welcome to my blog!

I started The CHEW Life as my creative outlet to share with you, well, Just me!  Chew (mind the pun!) on my bites on food, travel, beauty, style and everything in between because through all the daily chaos, there's always time to enjoy life!

My style is simple, classic and most importantly, comfortable. I don't take to new trends quickly and I believe when you feel good in what you're wearing, it makes you feel more confident at any age and size! Good basics will give you endless options, good fitting clothes will make a world of difference and investing in classic pieces will last you a lifetime!

I also have BIG LOVE for food and I'm always on a mission to find the best places to eat in Toronto or anywhere I travel to. If I'm going to put on the calories, they better be with GOOD food, am I right? I will go out of my way to try and find the best food and my family puts up with my craziness to walk or stand in lines for hours wherever we are and secretly, I think they appreciate the good food :)

Travel is my other passion. You can learn so much when you travel and expose yourself to different cultures and environments. I think it has been the best way I have exposed both my kids to the world around them and hopefully it will make them better citizens as they mature. Currently, my daughter is on a gap year. She's decided to take a year off  after graduating high school this past Spring to travel the world and I'm sure she's having her best year yet! I am truly blessed to be able to travel as much as I do and I hope to share my adventures with you here.
